What is cold
air diffusion?
Cold air diffusion is the latest technology in the scenting industry. It works by using high amounts of cold filtered air combined with air pressure to diffuse oils into a dry mist of nano particles. This cold air diffusion technology is used in the PS-103 diffusing systems and ensures consistent and subtle scenting without any highs or lows.

Are the
oils safe ?
Yes. Since our units use cold air diffusion technology, there is no residue and is therefore safe to use around furniture, equipment, art and pets.

Warranty
& Returns
Warranty on all diffusers are 3 Months. You may return any diffusers for any reason whatsoever within 7 days of your date of purchase, or the date you receive the diffuser, whichever is later, for a refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable and customer is responsible for return shipping. The diffuser must be unused and still in its original packaging with all parts and accessories.

Returns RA
& Refunds
To return an item to Powerscented, please email PowerscentedSupport@gmail.com.com to request a return authorization (RA). Once you receive the RA, please send back the product in its original packaging. Remember, it is your responsibility to pack the product safely. Using trackable shipping is highly recommended, as Power Scented is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages. Once the product has been received and has passed inspection, please allow 10 – 14 business days from the date we receive your return for us to process the refund or exchange, whichever the case may be.
